What is Pneumatic Conditioner? What are the Working Principles?
The elements used at the entrance of the air transfer line to the pneumatic system and bring the air to the properties to be used in the installed system are called conditioners.
Although the conditioner is used as a single element, it consists of four different pneumatic elements.
These;
Filter
Lubricant
Regulator (Pressure Adjuster)
Manometer (Pressure Gauge)
During the transportation of the air pipes, water droplets will be formed together with water vapor due to friction and meanwhile the pressure will increase. In addition, during the transfer, the air in the pipe will be polluted and will bring metal dust into the system. Conditioners are used to remove these negativities in the air we will use.
Duty of Conditioner;
Getting the Water in the Air
Adjusting the Air Pressure
Purifying the Air
Lubricating Dry Air
