Solenoid Valves

WHAT ARE SOLENOID VALVES?

Solenoid valve options used to control fluids such as oil, air and water are electromechanical tools. When the coil is energized, the piston inside the valve is moved. Thanks to this process, the fluid is directed towards the outlet by the inlet channel. In case of an interruption in the signal, the valve returns to its previous position and prevents the passage of fluid perfectly. These tools, which are operated with electronic magnetic properties, consist of several main parts. These tools; sealing element is in the form of body, cap, sleeve, core, socket and coil. In this system, the sealing element is inside the diaphragm group, inside the cover group in the chamber, in the shell core group, and the coil in the socket group.

Functions of Solenoid Valve Parts

Each of the parts inside solenoid valves has a specific function. Duravis Solenoid valves, which are used in many areas of the industry, have an important place in controlling fluids. It is important that the shell and core in the system work in harmony and synchronization. Each solenoid valve brand has a unique coil. These coils work in harmony with the valve shell and core group. During the manufacturing phase, the calculations of the coil, shell and core trio are made and this group is called the brain of the solenoid valve system. The sealing group consisting of the body, cover and diaphragm in the vehicles that contain the components necessary for controlling the fluids is the name given to the section where the fluids pass. In the section designed in accordance with the temperature, type, pressure, flow rate of the fluid and the position of the valve, the harmony between the body-cover and the diaphragm ensures the system to operate smoothly.

Working Principle of Solenoid Valves

Solenoid valve options, which are divided into two different groups in terms of working principle, are divided into direct pulling and pilot controlled. In direct pull models, the valve body is first connected to the pipeline in the direction of the arrow on the eye, parallel to the flow direction of the fluid, so that the system can be connected to the pipeline without any problem. In this component, which consists of socket, core, sleeve, valve body and duravis Solenoid valves, the sealing is performed by the o-ring located at the sleeve of the sleeve and the sealing element mounted on the core at the bottom of the core. The feature of pilot-controlled options, also called diaphragm solenoid valves, is the large diameter of the orifice in the body. In these models, it is essential to make a difference on the equal pressure present on the diaphragm and thus to move the diaphragm in order to ensure valve sealing. Duravis Solenoid valves, which are the most used in the industry, ensure that the valves function smoothly regardless of the model.

USAGE AREAS OF SOLENOID VALVES

Solenoid valve options, one of the most important components of the industry, work with electrical energy. In fact, the options functioning as an electromagnet controlled valve keep the passage of fluids such as steam, water, gas and air under control. Options that function as electromechanical valves are electromagnet controlled by their nature. The working principle of the system is provided by supplying electric current to the coil inside the valve. In this way, the piston inside the valve moves and this helps to push the fluid towards the outlet. In case of an interruption of the electrical signal, the duravis Solenoid valves return to their former state and perfectly prevent the flow of fluid.

At What Temperature Are Solenoid Valves Used?

Solenoid valve options, which become functional thanks to electrical energy, can be used for the passage of fluids with temperatures lower than 150˚C. Duravis Solenoid valves, which are used in many areas of the industry, show functionality in areas that we frequently encounter in daily life. Among these, most of the electrical appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers are used in the fields of compressors, air-powered textile machines, central heating systems, garden irrigation systems, water treatment systems, cooling applications and dentistry. While choosing the valve, it is necessary to pay attention to many features such as the size of the connection, the purpose of use, temperature and pressure power of the fluid. In systems used in areas that need to be open or closed, the medium starting from the inlet point of the valve passes through the orifice point by overcoming the first piston barrier before going to the outlet. The most important control point in the control system of the fluid moving towards the outlet as the last stage is the piston.

The Areas Where Solenoid Valve Options Are Most Used

Solenoid valve options, which have a very important place in industrial and daily use, are indispensable for use in certain areas. It is widely used in areas such as options used in electrical household appliances, especially white goods, automatic taps, garden irrigation systems, machinery equipment such as coolers, water intake and discharge systems. Duravis Solenoid valves, which function efficiently in autoclaves, irrigation systems, cooling of machine tools, and tools such as knife washers, help system components to function continuously by providing effective control of fluids in the areas where they are used.
