Tried and tested and durable: Thanks to the hermetically sealed rotating diaphragm on each absorber, the MC150 to MC600 product family is suitable for an exceptionally long lifetime of up to 25 million cycles. Rotating diaphragm technology, perfected by ACE, ensures that the damping fluid is completely separated from the surrounding air. This allows direct installation in a pressure chamber, for example in pneumatic cylinders approx. 7 bars are possible.

The rotating diaphragm also benefits from the very low return forces of these maintenance-free, ready-to-install absorbers. Progressive energy capacities with a wide range of effective weight potential make these miniature dampers a winner, complementing them with an integrated positive stop. Also, the use of a side load adapter allows impact angles of up to 25 °.

Miniature shock absorbers that can be universally mounted even inside a cylinder are also available in stainless steel. They are commonly used in mechanical and plant engineering and in many other applications.
